Custom travel design services to help you create a seamless and stress-free Nordic journey. Whether you're planning a short getaway or an extended adventure, a detailed itinerary will be provided along with services booked (hotels, cruise, day tours, etc).

How it all works: 
1. Send Nordic Travel Collective a request. Fill out the contact form and let us know the details about your trip.
Share your preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, and any must-see experiences.

2. Virtual Consultation– If you wish, we’ll can meet virtually to discuss your trip preferences, budget, and logistics.

3. Secure Payment & Traveler Information– A secure payment link will be sent for the travel design fee before research work begins.
Flat Design Fee Pricing:

• 4–7 Day Trip: $150
• 8–14 Day Trip: $300
• 15+ Day Trip: $450

A customer form will be sent where you provide your traveler details and payment info to book your services (such as hotels, cruises, car rentals, tours, etc.).

4. Itinerary Creation– A detailed travel plan will be crafted with suggested booking links for accommodations, activities, and transport. Research can take anywhere from a few days to a week, depending on the trip’s complexity. You will be updated throughout the process.

5. Your Itinerary, You Review Before I Book – Your itinerary will be delivered and you will have a chance to review it before it is booked for you.

6. After booking, Final Details Provided - Once your final services are booked and secured, you will be provided a final updated itinerary approx. 30 days before your trip departure.

What’s Not Included 
✖ We do not book airline tickets. But, never fear! Flight information can be researched and provided to you so you can book that on your own. Any flights you book will be added to your trip itinerary before departure. 
✖ Non-Nordic destinations will not be booked by us. She can help give guidence on who might be best to book with for other destinations if possible.
