You still get a detailed, personalized itinerary  tailored to your interests—complete with insider recommendations. But, this way you can sit back, relax and let Elaine handle the details of your trip. You still avoid hidden fees, travel agent markups, and rigid pre-planned tours. We still allowing you to explore the Nordics your way, at your own pace.

Tailored Itinerary Planning for Your Nordic Adventure 
I offer custom travel design services to help you create a seamless and stress-free Nordic journey. Whether you're planning a short getaway or an extended adventure, I’ll provide a detailed itinerary with suggested booking links to make your trip effortless.

Flat Fee Pricing:

  • 4–7 Day Trip: $150
  • 8–14 Day Trip: $300
  • 15+ Day Trip: $450


How it all works: 
1. Provide Your Travel Details – Share your preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, and any must-see experiences.
2. Virtual Consultation – If you wish, we’ll can meet virtually to discuss your trip preferences, budget, and logistics.
3. Secure Payment & Traveler Information– I will send you a secure payment link for the travel design fee before my research work begins. I will also have a customer form where I collect your traveler details and payment info to book your services (such as hotels, cruises, car rentals, tours, etc.).
4. Itinerary Creation – I’ll craft a detailed travel plan with suggested booking links for accommodations, activities, and transport. Research can take anywhere from a few days to a week, depending on the trip’s complexity. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
5. Your Itinerary, You Review Before I Book – Once I deliver your itinerary, you will have a chance to review it before I go ahead and book it for you.

6. After booking, Final Details Provided - Once your final services are booked and secured, I will provide you a final updated itinerary approx. 30 days before your trip departure.

What’s Not Included 
✖ Elaine does not book airline tickets. Flight information will be provided to you so you can book that on your own. Elaine will add that information to your trip itinerary before departure. 
✖ Non-Nordic destinations will not be booked by Elaine. She can help give guidence on who might be best to book with for other destinations if possible.
